Anonymous asked: hey i have a question. would you recommend upgrading my current 105 clipless pedal to the ultegra carbon? i heard that the body feels the same as the alloy body.
I cant speak from experience, I’ve never rode any of the shimano road pedals. What I have heard tho is that its mostly a weight difference. Not sure on the ride quality.

Stick to 105 and upgrade when the ones u have are dead, I ride with mavic pedals or look cause I feel they are a bit tighter

I wouldnt touch a carbon pedal. If you can get a sponsor to give you a pair and have someone crewing you, maybe, but if you stomp through the pedal and get stuck, it’s a real shitty time. Def stick to the 105s. Don’t sweat weight either; train hrdr.
